The museum offers various types of visits to our permanent collections to groups.We can also offer visits to the museum with other areas of interest in the city or the County of Osona.

Group visits


Guided tour of our collections
The museum offers guided tours for groups to all the museum’s collections, or a Medieval Tour through the Romanesque and Gothic painting and sculpture rooms. We offer visits of 1 and a half. 
  
– Medieval (1hour 30min): €70.00 per group, not including entry fees.


A Romanesque tour
guiada per descobrir la col·lecció d'art medieval del museu i l'oportunitat de pujar al campanar romànic més alt de Catalunya. Aquest recorregut és pot completar amb una visita guiada al monestir romànic de Sant Pere, un monestir benedictí del segle XI situat en un entorn natural prop de l'embassament de Sau. Per a grups d'un mínim de 15 persones.

 –  Sortida matinal: visita al MEV i al campanar de la catedral.


 –  Visita d'un dia: visita al MEV, el campanar de la catedral i el Monestir de Sant Pere de Casserres.


 –  Visita d'un dia amb dinar: visita al MEV, el campanar de la catedral i visita al Monestir de Sant Pere de Casserres amb dinar.




Discover the MEV
A new offer of social support for local non-profit groups. These visits include an educational guide and include tours of different areas to find out about the museum and how it works. First Thursday of every month. Activity free of charge.  

Visits with a private guide

Those groups that wish to visit the museum with an external guide or no guide at all will need to make a reservation. Call 93 886 93 60.

Private Visits

The MEV offers the option of private visits for groups outside normal museum opening hours. We offer a programme of private guided visits for individuals or companies who want to offer their clients or employees an opportunity to discover the museum in a special way and enjoy the museum’s collections in their own space. Theme-based visits adapted to group interests are also available.
